Therapeutic Massage
Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
Looking for a deeply relaxing massage with lasting results? Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage offers the deep pressure you crave—without the discomfort often associated with traditional deep tissue work.
Noelle is specially trained in Ashiatsu, a unique technique where the RMT uses overhead bars for balance and their feet to deliver broad, deep pressure using the assistance of gravity. This method allows for a more effective and therapeutic massage experience that’s both deeper and more comfortable.
Which session length is right for you?
60 minutes – Ideal for focused work on the back (with optional hands-on neck work), or for targeting the hips and legs.
90 minutes – Recommended for a full-body treatment or for working both upper and lower body areas in one session.
Want a blend of Ashiatsu and traditional massage? No problem! We can customize your session to combine both techniques—just let your RMT know what you’re looking for at the start of your appointment.

Student Massage Therapy
Thai-Yoga Massage (Floor-Based Thai)
Thai-Yoga Massage is a unique, floor-based treatment that blends assisted stretching, acupressure, and rhythmic compression to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore energetic balance. Often referred to as “lazy yoga,” this massage is performed fully clothed on a cushioned mat and requires no effort from the client.
Your practitioner will guide your body through gentle movements and stretches, promoting deep relaxation while enhancing joint mobility and circulation.
Please Wear: Comfortable, stretchy clothing such as yoga or athletic wear.
Not Recommended If You Have: Recent injuries, severe joint issues, or conditions that limit mobility. If unsure, please consult with your healthcare provider.
Cupping Massage
Cupping massage is a myofascial release technique that uses negative pressure (suction) to lift and separate tissue layers, helping to reduce tension, increase circulation, reduce fascial restrictions, and promote mobility. This therapy is beneficial for managing chronic muscle tightness, fascia restrictions, scar tissue, and sports recovery.
Each therapist may use a different style or cupping tool based on their training:
Kaylee uses vacuum-assisted cups, which offer a deep, controlled suction. These are ideal for clients who need more focused decompression.
Noelle uses traditional silicone cups, which are softer flexible cups that glide over the skin to gently stretch and release tight fascia. This method feels like a deep tissue massage with a lifting or pulling sensation. It’s great for improving mobility, reducing tension, and is less likely to leave darker marks.
Noelle and Shayla are trained in Dynamic Cupping using RockTape’s RockPods, combining movement and decompression to enhance range of motion and functional outcomes. This active approach to cupping helps improve tissue glide and neuromuscular re-education.
Please Note:
Cupping may result in temporary skin discoloration (non-painful marks), which typically fades within a few days. Your RMT will tailor the pressure and technique to your individual needs and comfort level.
Hot Stone Massage
Experience deep relaxation with this therapeutic massage enhanced by the use of smooth, heated basalt stones. Your RMT uses the stones as an extension of their hands, blending Swedish massage techniques with the soothing heat to help ease muscle tension and promote overall calm.
60 minutes: Ideal for focused work (e.g., upper body only).
90 minutes: Recommended for a full-body hot stone experience.
Please Note – Hot Stone Massage May Not Be Suitable If You:
Are pregnant (especially in the first trimester)
Have uncontrolled high blood pressure or diabetes
Have open wounds, skin infections, or recent injuries
Have a history of blood clots or circulatory issues
Are sensitive to heat or have conditions like neuropathy
